The Hierarchy of Game styles

These are the ranking based on the quantities of selling the game copies. We can see there is a huge difference in between. Because the video game console and PC has totally different

control system. For example, it is very hard to play strategy game on console but so much easier to control on PC.

Below, I explained most played genres of games to help you understand what kind of game are we talking about.

RPG (Role Playing Game)- player plays a role in game and explore the world in game. Players can gather items to enhance the role they play.

FPS (First Person Shooting) – First person shooter game is always exciting, it allows player to feel the battle in first person view.

Strategy Game – Strategy game focuses on letting player to come up a tactical strategy to defeat the enemy as a commander.

Action Game – Action game is selling its flow of actions, so the animation of the characters have to be strong and awesome to give audience the coziness of battle action.

Casual Game – These are the games for those who are not very into games and usually are relatively simple but still fun to play.

Adventure – It is game that you can control a character and adventuring in the game world. It is similar to RPG game but less complicated.
